Mindful Movement & Sound Journey combined is a powerful tool to increase awareness and release. The flow of the class starts with mindful movement, supported by sound. Mindful movement allows the body to receive and react to the sound vibration, and the sound is made according to how the body responds. After allowing the energy to flow in our body, this practice will be closed with a relaxing sound journey in a lying down position.
